Question: Help

I’ve updated my Billing system from None to Credit card/ Debit card. Cause I wanted to subscribe Videorama app.

It told me, ‘cannot be updated’, yet it charged my bank account??. I thought it had something to do with my internet speed or something, so I tried it again. Same thing happened. So ya, I lost USD2.00. And funny thing is, I went to check my purchase history and subscriptions, nothing.

It’s okay if Apple won’t refund my money, but atleast tell me why I got charged? I’m lost here.

They are standard temporary 'charges' that are done every time you try to add or change card details, they are done to check that the card details are correct and valid - your card issuer should automatically remove them : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
