Not "Activity Monitor" App Control?

I remember using an app that was not "Activity Monitor" on my Mac Mini which showed what I believe was all installed apps, their status (i.e. running/not running), and provided the ability to start a "not running" application. What app was I using?

Mac mini, iOS 11.2.5

The two that come to mind are, "Front-Row" in the earlier OS X versions and "Launchpad" in the later macOS versions.

But it is hard to say for sure without knowing exactly what version of macOS your Mac Mini is currently running...?

You are currently showing iOS 11.2.5 in your ASC user profile, which is incorrect because iOS is for iPhone and iPads.

To check your Mac Mini for the correct macOS version, go to: Apple > About This Mac and check.
