I cant delete a song from icloud music library

I just added a new song to my itunes library and I went on to add it to my icloud music library. At the middle of matching and uploading, the song's icloud status error (the cloud with the exclamation mark is not even showing) and I'm not able to delete that song. Delete from library wont work and remove download is not even on the options. What should I do to delete that song?

Cloud with a diagonal Line in Playlist I created a playlist from songs in my Itunes Library on my computer and it will not update to my phone or IPOD. The cloud says "ineligible". But when I look at the songs list it does not identify any that should be removed or why it would be ineligible. These songs are all in my library and play when I select them individually. Playlist stopped syncing My playlists have suddenly stopped syncing because some songs are suddenly not able to syn to the cloud.I see the following error message: This item was not added to your iCloud Music Library because an error occurred.I have purchased these songs, but because they are now not added to iCloud, it renders the entire playlist unsyncable.How can I fix the issue of adding these songs to my iCloud library and therefore allowing syncing of these playlists again?

Cant open icloud music library when i clicked open icloud music library, it said either i select to merge songs or replace&delete , but after i clicked the button, nothings happened. What should i do? I already reinstalled the app but its still the same. If I cant open it, I can not download any songs from Apple music.
