AppleID Compromise

Yesterday, I got a notification saying my Apple ID was trying to be signed in from somewhere in China.

I immediately changed my password. Today I got an email from someone from China saying saying they hacked my iPhone and took contacts and hacked the camera iPhone Camera and if I don't send money, they will send all my contacts a embarrassing video. While I don't believe they hacked my camera, I am trying to make sure that my Apple ID, phone, and computer are not at risk.

What is the best way to go about further protecting my iPhone, computer, and Apple ID?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6
