Synchronize between iPad & iPhone

My iMessage isn’t synchronized between iPad & iPhone .

Are the iPad and iPhone set up identically at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive? They should be.

Note also your post says "iMessage" ... I assume you are asking strictly about Apple's iMessages and not cellular carrier SMS text messages.
