Question: How do I force WiFi to be powered on?

I have a family internet filter in my home. I would like to disable the WiFi controls so my children can not turn off their WiFi on their phones to get around it. Is there any way to force WiFi to "on"?

Currently there is not a way to force the iPhone to only connect to wi-fi. Otherwise if you forgot to turn it off then the phone cannot be used as a phone once they left the home. Your best bet would be to contact your carrier. I know for sure that T-Mobile and Verizon have options to turn off data at specific times as well as limit the amount of data they can use or the number of texts they can send. I would assume that most other major carriers have the option as well.
