downloading apps my app store won’t allow me to download apps because it says i need to update my payment information. it’s updated and says it’s declined when i dont want to purchase anything. i also have money in my account so i don’t see how it could be a problem. especially since i’m not purchasing anything just want to be able to download apps. help?
