I can’t verify an enterprise?

I have been having trouble verifying an enterprise for the first time. I went up to open an app from the enterprise but it told me it need verification. I went settings>general>device management>enterprise, then I clicked verify but it seems to not be working. Why is this happening? I’ve heard rumors there’s an issue with ppq.apple.com? Please help me
