Where would I go to find previous self-made ringtones?

I want to know how I find the ringtones on my iMac and put them back into the Tones list on my iPhone. Their not there but are on the iPhone itself. Just wondering bc I have put them on a flash drive before to share with other friends.

iPhone ringtones from Audioshare? I made and edited a bunch of ringtones in Audioshare. I can't seem to find a way to make them show up on my iPhone as ringtones. I tried going through Dropbox, emailing them to myself, a few different file formats, and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Restoring custom Ringtones after "upgrading" to Catalina I have several .m4r ringtones that I've used for years. When I "upgraded" to the newest iOS and OS X (Catalina), they've disappeared off my phone. Since I don't have iTunes anymore, I don't know how to add them back to my phone. Every tutorial I can find always uses iTunes (or synching with Finder but that doesn't seem to work either). Does anyone know how I can add these back to my phone? Some of them are clips from conversations I've recorded with friends and are irreplaceable. I don't want to lose them.

Ringtones I have downloaded a ringtone on my iPhone 7 but can't find it because I don't have a "files" folder. Where would it have downloaded? How do I get into my ringtones list?
