how do you use icloud space ... I am paying for space but my devices are full

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2.6

iCloud Photo Library is a syncing service, not simply offline storage. The physical space on your device and the iCloud storage space are two different things. They cannot be "combined" and one can't be used as a substitute for the other. You can archive the photos (or just the ones you seldom use) to your computer, copy them to a safe place (like a thumb drive) if you wish, and then delete them on your device (and in iCloud).

You won't have "instant" access to those photos anymore though.

Yes and it states 77.7 gb of 200 used

my photos is 76.5 gb

my photo 6 + doesn’t have but 16 gb available and I would like to remove most of the pictures that are taking up space but if I delete them from my photo they delete from all devices. I have an IMac with all the space I need .. how can I just have a number on my phone like my watch.. there should be a way to do that. Can anyone help ??
