I need someone to walk me though the starting up from macOS Recovery.
I have only one disk but it is showing me more than one option.
Which one do I select to restore my original OS?

There are four options to choose from. I do not know how to proceed.
Which should I use as my source and what do I put in for my destination?
I started up with Shift-Option-Command-R and got several options.
Than I started up with Command-R and got fewer options.
Now I am stuck in some kind of loop. I have the spinning world
and I am just waiting...

What are your 4 options. One should be the name you had on your drive previously.
