How do I retrieve an email under my name and how many main emails can a person have on their mac and iPhone ?

And, if you do not associate an email address with your Apple ID, you can have as many as you'd like; your ISP will allow between 1 and 5 usually. Additionally, if you use Yahoo, Gmail, or any other web based email provider, you can open an account there and have at least one email address with each provider.
