WHERE ARE MY PICTURES
HOW CAN I BE TOLD THAT 4.62GB OF MY 5GB STORAGE IS USED BY PHOTOS BUT I ONLY CAN SEE 31 PICTURES ?!?!?!
Device or computer? Where are you seeing the 31 pictures? If using a computer, if you go to your home/user folder/Pictures, how big is the Photos Library? For a device, check Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage. If you still find a large discrepancy, other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.
If necessary contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.
