Why isn’t my App Store taking any of my payment info

I had my card already in And I had bought apps before but out of no where it’s having a problem with my card and I can not download anything. There is nothing wrong with my card I even put more than one in.

app store cannot download I cannot download anything. It says something with my billing and address and everytime i add my card it declines it but my card works perfectly fine anywhere else

My apple account won’t let me update or download anythin My apple account won’t let me update or download anything...it keeps saying update payment info...and everythime I try and put my card in...it says decline...but I think the reason why is I had bought some in app purchases but my card payed it when I did... now when I look at my card transactions it’s not there...welp this is a problem because I spent most of my card money and idk how to solve this.
