Mail Displays Wrong Name of Recipient

Mail continues to display the wrong sender name for a specific email address. I have removed it from the Previous Recipients list multiple times, have searched my contacts and it's only under the correct name, and it continues to display incorrectly.

For example, the email address should be displayed as To: "MyCompanyName", but it continues to display "Another Company: Via MyCompanyName."

This is a business email hosted by Google, so it's set up like a Gmail account.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Change sender name in Mail Hi there, after a long while, I am still unable to change the sender name for my emails (i.e. my name as it can be seen by a recipient) from Mail 16.0 and decided to have a last go at solving this. I entered the desired name in Mail's as well as iCloud's account info - to no avail, it simply doesn't stick. Where do I have to change what in order for this issue to be resolved?

incorrect email addresses i have some incorrect email addresses that automatically come into my address box when sending emails to certain people . these addresses do not appear in my contact book but they constantly show up as the first entry when i try to send an email to that person ....how do i get rid of these address forever ...terry
