My iPad keeps coming up saying please enter another credit card. my card works everywhere else so it’s def not my card

It's possibly a billing issue. Apple doesn't accept ALL credit cards, although they do accept the major ones: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
