can’t send email with attachment
after last 11.2.6 update on IPhone 6s
also cannot open voicemail unless I power off
never had any issues before

After 11.2.6 update 6s, I have been unable to send attachments. Also unable to open voicemail after receiving call unless I power off my phone.
