Is whatsapp backup 'document' on iCloud?

Hello everyone,

I don't have any documents on my iCloud but something is taking 2.1GB as documents. Guess it might be whatsapp backup file, is it? only 500MB left now!

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.1

Accessing WhatsApp iCloud backup? My whatsapp is occupying 18 GB of my icloud storage. How can I access this backup and see the contents? I've tried searching Google but there are so many spam articles from people offering dodgy apps I don't see any data on my Macbook in iCloud Drive I do see the WhatsApp data in my Macbook iCloud settings pane, when I click "Manage" in the bottom right corner. What's in iCloud Drive? Hey guys,iCloud Drive takes about 1,3 GB storage on my mac.The only thing I really saved in iCloud Drive is my whatsapp backup on my iPhone.So is my whatsapp backup stored locally on my mac?And if so, can I access it? Becaue my iCloud Drive folder is empty.Thanks!

WhatsApp iCloud backup I have weekly iCloud backup for WhatsApp and I have all the media and documents on manual download, when I click to download any photo or document it does not get stored on my device and there is absolutely nothing in my iCloud Drive, are these documents stored on my backup for WhatsApp? if yes can I stop backing up the media and just backup the chats and how?
