Wallet has absolutely nothing to do with your App Store credit.


There are many possible reasons you cannot update. Some possibilities:

  • Restrictions are set.
  • You have changed countries or regions.
  • You have changed your Apple ID or password.
  • Your applications are not owned by your Apple ID.
  • You are not getting good Wi-Fi (or cellular data) reception.
