When I want to update my IOS it says that I'm not connected to wifi

I'm connected to wifi and I tried updating it a lot of times and it still says the same.

This happens when your iPhone has a previous version of iOS downloaded and there is a newer one available.

  • Go to Settings | General | iPhone Storage
  • Wait for the apps to populate below
  • Look through the list and you should find an iOS update - select it and delete it
  • Go to Settings | General | Software Update and you'll now be able to update.
