Iphone x heats up while playing guns of boom

Noticed the back of phone near the camera to heat up after 20 mins or so of playing guns of boom - the app updated recently which increased graphics, anyone experiencing this?

My iphone gets heat from the first match of guns of boom especially when using 4G.

I used to play it in iphone6 with 4G for hrs while charging even, but now this iphoneX can’t handle one match !!

same here. it gets extremely hot and the screen dims on and off. all this a11 bionic talk and it can’t even handle this game. smh
