Prevent Safari from opening within an app?

I have put a password restriction on Safari on my iPhone so that no inappropriate sites can be visited. However, there are several apps which have links in them that allow you to open a Safari window within the app, bypassing the lock entirely. Is there any way to keep apps from opening Safari (or at least restricting it to where all links must pull you out of the app and try to open Safari)?

i hope this makes sense. I can provide examples or details if need be. Thanks for your help!

Safari cannot be restricted further than what you've already done unfortunately.
