Reset restriction password

I have a IPhone 7 I’m giving back to the provider because I got a new one and there is a restrictions password so I cannot erase the whole phone. I’m the sole owner of the phone and do not remember ever setting one up. How could I get it erased or changed?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.1

If you don't know the restriction password, you will have to erase the phone either using Find My iPhone or by forcing the phone into recovery mode and restoring iOS using iTunes.
