I have I phone 7 plus.. battery going fast.. i phone show me messages means iphone hot stop use it .. i was have same problem in my iPhone 6..i go to apple store to fix this problem.. the quay he saw alot of warring in my phone .. he said yes you Right.. apple will call you to fix this problem.. yesterday I receive email from Apple told me to reschedule the call i try to use the link from my email.. dosnt work.. more then 12 years use iPhone.. from iPhone 2,3,4,5,6,7 to now.. lose my iPhone 6 with same problem.. really its time to switch to galaxy.. really.. me and my family.. apple doesn’t care about customer..
