Launchpad is not working in my macbook pro

Hi, I use a macbook pro with OS 10.12.6. Recently my launchpad has stopped working. It is visible but in the docking station but nothing happens if I click.

Launchpad appears very frequently. My launchpad is interrupting my work by showing up very frequently. Despite full format of my macbook air. Still the problem persists. While installing mavericks os, this problem didn't happen. But as soon as i installed Mojave. Launchpad started to appear.
