Locked out of IPOD

Can apple support help. I am locked out of my iPod after factory resetting it after I forgot my other apple ID password. I started it up , and it says I have to enter my apple ID password for my other account but I can't get into my other account because I'm locked out of it and I can't get in even if I do the questions to unlock it. I'm stuck out of it . I'm on iOS 11.2.6 please help me. My other iCloud account is **** please give me a reset link or some sort so I can get into it. Email me the link to **** please help. Or else it will be locked forever!
