I purchased a pass on a app, but when I deleted it, it was gone and I didn't get it back. Can I at least get the money back?

I purchased a World Pass on Scribblenauts, but when I deleted the app by accident, I downloaded it again. But then, the World Pass that I purchased (for $1.39) was gone. Can I get it back, or maybe even get the money back?
