IOS Screen recording issue - does not capture audio from videos when using a browser

Because I want to capture the audio in a work environment with a lot of background noise.

Anyone got a solution to why the internal audio recording works fine with apps but not with video played through browsers?

Ok KerrBr...I think I might have something...

It works after turning the phone off and on. I screen recorded straight away. What was interesting was that while recording an alert popped up at the top of the screen from the “news” app. The screen recording captured audio up to that point but not after or in subsequent recordings. I needed to reboot my phone again. Hope this helps. Have you discovered anything of interest?

Still can’t figure this one out. Sometimes the screen record will capture the audio on the first occassion only after the phone has been rebooted. Anyone out in the orchard experience this before?

I think I might of solved it. Just check to see if you have your ringer set to silent. Certain video (not all) when playing back has no audio if this is the case. Let me know how you go.
