Fortgot apple ID, unable to restore to factory settings

Hello,

I am currently trying to reset my device, and so far I have been able to do so. The issue is that once it comes to setting the device once again there still is an apple ID connected to the device. I am unsure of how to fully restore the device to factory settings.
