Recent calls not showing iPhone 6s

So a few days ago I noticed none of my recent calls are recorded. The whole tab was empty. And everyday since then when I receive a call it doesn’t log into the recent calls nor does it say someone called me on the lock screen of my phone so I keep missing all my calls because they don’t show up unless my phone is ringing. I tried to turn off my phone and restart it and also did a hard reset but the issue is still there. Can anyone help me out and solve this issue?
