How can I remove myself from a family sharing someone created without my knowledge

Apparently someone has added me to family sharing, which I had no knowledge of. Whoever it is does not pay their dang iCloud so now I can’t update any of my apps etc. nor can I put my payment information in to do so either. I never allowed anyone to add me to a family sharing at all. How do I take this off. I have had my iCloud account for years and now all of a sudden it’s locked up because of this
