Question: Can't sign into iCloud on new device

I factory reset my ipod touch (the newest gen) to make a new icloud account. it reset fine but then when I tried to make a new icloud on the device it said I needed to do it on a PC. No big deal-- I did that. But the problem arose when I tried to sign in to my new icloud account on my device. It said there was an error. I can't even sign into any of my old accounts.


Help, please. How can I resolve this?

It does not say disabled. just error.

Does the ID work on the PC?


Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in? That has worked for several people.


What has also worked for some is trying 10 + times in a row.


Try a restart.



Try a forced restart.
