Do you have a question for your fellow users ? If your phone only supports up to iOS 9 you should be able to update to 9.3.5 via Settings > General > Software Update on it - you can't update to iOS 9 if your phone supports a higher version, nor downgrade back to iOS 9 if you've already updated to a higher version.
