IPhone 6+ screen unresponsive

My iPhones 6+ screen doesn’t seem to be responsive half the time. The power and home buttons are the only thing that apear to work, it won’t let me swipe/tap and I’ve tried holding the power and home button to restart it and it doesn’t help.

I understand that your iPhone 6 Plus screen isn't responding half of the time. The power and Home buttons are the only thing that appears to work.

First, I suggest removing any type of protective case or screen protector to see if that helps. If you still have an issue after that, try to clean the screen of your iPhone using the steps in this support article: Cleaning your iPhone
