Is my phone keyboard forever Messed up?

I dropped in down the toilet accidentally for the 3-4Th time. UGHH. Luckily rice as SAVED IT. only my keyboard ia difficult to type with. It makeS ranDom letters in capitols anD sOme letters are conjoined making really bad auto correct. Is there anyway I could fix it? Or could an apple or phone repair be able to fix this?

Has anyone had a similar issue?
