Apple TV 3rd Gen and AirPlay

i have an iOS 11 iPhone 7, a 4th gen iPad, and a MacBook Pro. I also have an Apple TV 3rd and 4th gen. he AirPlay on my 3rd gen Apple TV has stopped working. I cannot find it in the AirPlay options. It’ll find my 4th gen. Yes they are all on the same network, I have tried them on a different network. I can Hameshare from iTunes, I can use the Remote App, I can watch Netflix on it. This issue is I cannot AirPlay or Screen Mirror. When I open the AirPlay menu it only finds my 4th gen on all devices. I have restarted all, restored my 3rd gen and reset my router. Nothing is helping! Can someone help?
