I need help expanding hidden columns in numbers.

I need help expanding hidden columns in numbers.

I collaborated with staff to provide access to numbers sheet. Someone one of them have hidden 3 columns. I selected adjacent columns and clicked the grey down arrow to no avail. Can someone help. Thanks

Hi trusskev,

Select (click in) any cell in the table. Click on the down arrow on any column letter.

If this does not work,

Or if this does not work,

then:

Numbers needs a Quit and restart; or
their machine needs a restart; or
their copy of the file is corrupt. Send them a fresh copy.

If none of those resolve the problem, please call back with more details.

I’ve tried both options; however the Unhide All Columns is visible but not available (can’t select). Any other suggestions?

Have you also tried:

Numbers needs a Quit and restart; or
their machine needs a restart; or
their copy of the file is corrupt. Send them a fresh copy.
