imac 5k 2017 have a problem with cycled reboot
After bootcamp installing win 10 , osx is not loading (attempting system restart)
also a cant boot from usb stick or external HDD, Only Win 10 works on my imac

It sounds like you have a corrupt install. All I can suggest is doing an internet recovery install…

Hold the "option" key while rebooting and select macOS.
I know about this. When I try to boot from osx volume it is restarting after Apple logo is appearing. In verbose mode last message is "attempting system restart"
Internet recovery don't work too
