Reset Security Questions
What I do not have the IPod Touch that the security code was sent to? Is there another way to get the code?

If you can reset the questions yourself : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
trycontacting Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
