iPad 4th generation cannot update past iOS 10.3.3

If you do have iOS 11.2.6 then you do not have iPad 4th generation.

Check model here

Settings > General > About > Model >???

To your question, yes but depends on how old the events were.

Settings>General>About>Name says iPad - 4th generation

>> That's wrong, you can put whatever you want here, example: iPad Rocket

Settings>General>About>Model says MD7858/A or A1474 if I tap the first one

>> You have the first iPad Air model 16 GB Space Grey

Settings>General>Software Update says iOS 11.2.6

>> With the iPad model you can update to 11.2.6

Hope that‘s clearer for you now.
