Question: Charged twice for Movie Pack

I have been charged twice for the James Bond Movie Collection in 2 x transactions of £99.99. When I tried to get the second charge refunded, the iTunes app told me that the purchase was not eligible for refund. This is frustrating the life out of me.

The purchase shows twice on your iTunes account's purchase history, one isn't just : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does show twice then as well as the 'report a problem' site (http://reportaproblem.apple.com) you could try contacting iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
