I got an iphone from someone and it is locked . How do I remove thier account to get my account on the phone ? I cant get in touch with the person cause i dont know whefe they are at

Sorry, there is no other way if the previous owner is not helping.
Only the previous owner can help.
Note: Please do not double post. there's no bypass available without the owner's Apple ID & password.
