Email problem

I have two junk boxes and cannot delete one of them

Hi Lynda62a,

First, have you closed out of Mail, then rebooted? Often times that is all that is needed. Question do you see two Junk folders on your iPad, on iCloud, or both? If on iCloud you see one only then there is an issue with your local mail app. When I have had app issues I delete the app then reinstall it; none of my mail was lost. When it syncs all should be okay.


My device is iPad Air 2. Maybe someone else can provide more assistance as well.
