Question: Apple ID

Have had a text come to my phone today saying my Apple ID has been locked and to contact through the link to reset also had a message yesterday saying that I needed to reset my Apple ID through another link can anyone confirm how apple contact you regarding these issues as my phone is fine and have only just reset the password as I worried someone may try to get into it so made it more complex
