how can i save all my messages and imess from old iphone to new one? i dont wanna lose them

I have iPhone 6 now and I’m going to buy iPhone 8 plus soon. But i have a lot of important Messages in my phone now. And i really don’t want to lose them. How can i have my old messages in the new iPhone? Or does it transport automatically?
