Question: Wife has problem with phone

Spoke to Apple adviser because when apps update, coming up with my email/log in, not hers. Adviser said delete apps and reinstall. However, when you reinstall they are all done from ICloud so will that solve problem. Won’t it just reinstall it as it was?

if apps was downloaded with your appleID they need to be deleted and redownloaded with her appleid

if your appleID show up in settings->iTunes & app store

Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

if you use the same appleID you will be viewed as 1 person with 2 iOS devices
