User ID says disabled but I can log in

When I try and update iPad apps it says my user ID is disabled. I log in to my Apple ID account on a computer and everything is correct and I am not disabled. When I go back and try to update it still says disabled even though I am logged in correctly on the iPad too. There are the blue "updated" dots next to apps but everything is still in the updates available list. Is there a trick or something for fixing this? It seems to happen frequently too.

An account can be disabled just for downloading content, it does not mean that you are blocked everywhere that you use the account. Try resetting the account's password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
