Debugger called Panic

when i open my macbook pro 13" inch mid-2009, it starts loading. it loads for a long time. and then it shows this message. "debugger called panic". helpp, what do i do?

Boot in safe mode by holding the shift key at startup. Go to Folder from the Go menu paste /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports, find the panic report, copy and paste it here. That should give us a clue what caused the panic.
