screen saver not working with 10.13.3

Hi,

When will the screen saver issue be fixed? Ever since I upgraded to High Sierra the screen saver either doesn't come on at all, initiates for a split second and then the screen goes black, or, the saver comes on before it's supposed to. In my system requirements I've specified it to initiate after 20 min and it comes on before that.

What's the bug? How can I resolve this issue?
