Rapid Siri talking , can’t open phone
Out of nowhere, my phone began announcing info very rapidly. I can’t open phone, won’t accept my passcode now, so I can’t access Settings.
Can you assist me?

First, check out this article with steps to Use Accessibility features on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and follow the steps to turn off the Accessibility features, Voice Control in your case, through either the triple-click of the Home button, or using iTunes.
